User authentication in the app is exclusive to KiCK-EV customers and necessitates the provision of

their contact number for login purposes. This ensures the security and personalized access to your

account. The app requires access to your location as an essential component for seamless

functionality, facilitating the Bluetooth connection between the app and your EV.

3. Personal Information provided by You is used only:

(a) to facilitate Your use of the Website;

(b) To respond to Your inquiries or fulfill Your requests for information about the various services;
